We are an innovative bunch who strive to come up with new and exciting ideas for biscuits and other treats for Dogs.  We have been asked recently if we can also cater for cats.  All of our products are indeed perfectly fit for feline consumption too, though they probably wouldn’t appreciate the bones and paws!  So...coming soon…puss-friendly shapes.

We’re always open to ideas and we know every little Bob and Bobette has their own tastes, so we welcome any feedback you’d like to give us on our products.

All our products are cooked in small batches and then packaged and labelled with the utmost care.  We are happy to take orders for specialised treats, biscuits and pup-cakes and we can personalise all items with icing (yoghurt, cream cheese or traditional icing).

And yes, Bone-jour Bob does actually exist.  And yes, he is French.

We found Bob wandering around a country lane in Northern France in August of 2008.  He had been seen by several local people over the previous week and had clearly been abandoned (he was a young dog, around 7 months old).  We coaxed him out of a roadside ditch with sausages (if only we knew how much he loved cheese & garlic biscuits back then).  Our God-daughter, Jessie, and her friend Sophie decided he looked like a “Bob” so that was how we addressed him.....he seemed to quite like it.   We took him back to where we were staying and gave him a proper meal and a quick shower....he was very bedraggled, tired and hungry and promptly then fell asleep Jessie’s arms!

Every attempt was made to find where he had come from;  posters were displayed in the local boulangerie, the Mairie and in local bars but there were no claims on him.  He had, however, captured our hearts.  Sadly for us, we had to return to England so our kind friends Norman & Alice looked after him until other arrangements could be made.  This was a tricky task as they had 2 very lively ginger cats who didn’t take kindly to this young pretender invading their home space.  We returned a week later to make more permanent arrangements.

In line with pet immigration laws in the UK, Bob had to obtain a “Pet Passport” and then wait for 6 months before coming to London to live with us.  To say he had a fantastic 6 months that would be a wholly inadequate description.   Other friends,  Annie and Bob lived nearby and agreed to take the orphan in to live with them as part of their family...he even had a ready-made brother in their dog Butchy.  Annie, Bob and Butchy grew very fond of little Bob – even though Big Bob denies it to this day –and they had an eventful 6 months together.  At one point Big Bob was in danger of cooking him for Christmas dinner when Annie left the oven door open and little Bob hopped inside.  Another time, they were greeted at the door on their return from a night out by Bob with a rose in his mouth....how sweet – except the rose was from a vase which had started out on the middle of the dining room table.  It appears that little Bob had a particular talent for trying to escape, at one point gaining freedom only to sit in the garden of a neighbour with 2 rather large Rottweilers for company.  The 6 months passed quickly with monthly custody visits from us.  At last the time came for him to come home to London and that is where he is now.....eating lots of biscuits

He’s a popular and sociable little fellow and acquired the nickname Bonjour Bob from fellow dog owners locally.  Little did we know when we found this scruffy little mutt that he would turn out to be the inspiration for a Dog Bakery in North London.
